Elizabeth and Chris met on a fateful June day in New York City, back in 2017. While Chris may have made the critical mistake of wearing flip flops to their first date, despite Liz working in fashion - he somehow was able to recover. Liz, with her wit & magnetic energy, was instantly charmed by his goofy humor, and Chris knew right away that this was the woman who would change his life forever. They both left that night feeling like they’d known each other for years.

From there, the adventures began. Together, they navigated new cities, career pivots, and a long-distance stretch (NYC to Chicago put their frequent flyer miles to the test). They spent countless hours traveling, talking on the phone, discovering the best martinis or negronis in every city, and sharing meals and conversations with the people they love most. Eventually, in another adventure and leap of faith, they moved across the country and built a new life together in Austin.
